The following forms will need to be completed prior to your child being able to swim:

Detailed information will be provided when registering regarding the breakdown of the various fees and the payment plans available. Payment will be by cheque or cash or by major credit card.
All swimmers in Manitoba must also register on-line with Swim Canada. Once you have registered with the club, an email will be sent to you from Swim Canada. Please complete the National Registration process through the link provided in the Swim Canada email. You must be registered with the Wave and Swim Canada before you are permitted to practice or race.

Note: No swimming sessions will be held on statutory holidays.
